Abstract

Abstract: Although children’s literature studies have developed a strong tradition of borrowing ways of reading from other fields, our own hermeneutics can also be deployed outside of children’s literature to illuminate texts there and provide us an opportunity to continue to reflect critically on the insights we have developed.
