Abstract
Simple Summary Little is known about Early-onset pancreatic cancer (EOPC) (age < 55 years), since most patients diagnosed with pancreatic cancer are around the age of 70. This article aims to identify a pathway which will help draw clear conclusions with respect to optimal treatment paradigms for EOPC across specific stages of the disease. Thus, we report on the clinical outcomes and toxicity of a cohort of patients with EOPC diagnosed and treated for borderline or locally advanced pancreatic cancer (BRPC/LAPC) with neoadjuvant chemotherapy and SBRT with or without surgical resection.
