Abstract

This study explores the application of the Orff Approach in mental health education for vocational college students majoring in preschool education. A practical framework of philosophical alignment, scenario design, and goal implementation was constructed with four modular activities to improve students' emotion regulation, self-cognition, interpersonal communication, and professional adaptation. The controlled experiment confirms that the experimental group obtains significantly better results in core mental health indicators and internship performance, and high-anxiety students benefit more obviously. Results show that this music-based method effectively promotes mental health through embodied experience. Psychological outcomes are further operationalized into a standardized behavioral coding system, which provides a replicable data framework for digital mental health monitoring platforms in educational and clinical contexts.
