A fully digital workflow for removable complete denture fabrication, integrating intraoral and facial scanning, digital maxillomandibular relationship records, functional verification with an interim denture, and computer-aided design and computer-aided manufacturing (CAD-CAM), is described. The protocol provides precise occlusal and esthetic planning, allows first-visit interim denture delivery, and supports long-term digital traceability.
