Abstract

Videoclip S1 Cine loop of the 3D HDlive GlassBody reconstruction of deep endometriotic nodule shown in Figure 2b (8 weeks postpartum), obtained using Calc Cine mode (360° rotation around the y-axis in 3° increments) with high-definition transparent rendering and integrated color Doppler flow mapping, highlighting marked intralesional vascularity, particularly in the components involving the cranial rectovaginal septum and adjacent posterior compartment soft tissue. Videoclip S2 Cine loop of the 3D HDlive GlassBody reconstruction of deep endometriotic nodule shown in Figure 4b (approximately 4 months postpartum), obtained using Calc Cine mode (360° rotation around the y-axis in 3° increments), highlighting a marked reduction in intralesional vascularity and a decrease in the spatial extent of vascular signals compared with the baseline examination, particularly within the cranial rectovaginal septum and adjacent posterior parametrial soft tissue.
