Organization of medical care for preserving male fertility in oncological patients of reproductive age. Experience of advanced countries (a literature review)

This review analyzes approaches used in different countries to preserve male fertility before the start of gonadotoxic treatment in cancer patients. A comparative analysis of legislation regulating the availability of fertility preservation services is conducted. Based on literature data, criteria for the most effective measures to improve the quality of medical care for patients in need of fertility preservation in the Russian Federation are determined.
