Abstract
Generally speaking, the bee venom is widely used as a natural treatment for many diseases. In orderto ascertain the safety and the therapeutic effect of a bee venom formulation, 500 male and femalepatients with complex disease cases were given intradermal injections in accordance with the immunizationschedule (0.1, 0.2, 0.3, 0.4 ml, and then 0.5ml every other day for five years). This studyassessed the hematological and biochemical examinations accompanied with detection of local andsystemic adverse reaction (ADR) during the test period.The results showed that all blood analyses, including hematological and biochemical studies, haveimproved the bee venom safety for human usage. Although there was a minor local allergic reactionat the injection site, overall health had improved in terms of clinical symptoms.All procedures performed in studies involving human participants were in accordance with the ethicalstandards of VACSERA research ethics committee. Ethical board approval with serial number (Date:30-10-2024/No: 1/2024) according to VACSERA research ethics committee, and Ethical boards approvedall these clinical trials.
