Abstract

The financial sector, as a whole, has been slowly discovering the cloud for large-scale data storage and management due to the rapid rise in wealth and remote access to data. The undeniable benefits of this technology include very high scalability, cost-effectiveness, and easy access. The risk elements encompass data confidentiality, data integrity, and compliance with laws like the GDPR. We have proposed a secure financial data management framework that synergizes the merits of symmetric and asymmetric cryptographic algorithms using Blowfish for data encryption and Advanced Encryption Standard for key generation. Using Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.3) ensures the secure transmission, while Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) allows strict access control to the framework.
