Abstract
Due to the current fast transformations, organizations are encouraged to continuously develop the skills of their employees to enable them to train, learn and reduce hidden costs. Skills management focused on the development of human potential, it is therefore an essential lever for the overall and sustainable performance of organizations. For that raison, the manager is invited to embody the role of orchestra conductor, assuming an important role in steering teams and activities. Through a qualimetric research-intervention conducted within a Moroccan educational establishment, we will demonstrate how the implementation of the managerial tool “skills management grid” has allowed the human potential of the management team to converge with the human capital expected by the organization. The results show that the management of human potential is a real lever for action, an essential energy factor and a source of promising competitive advantages.
