Version 2.0 - LitOrganizer: Automating the process of data extraction and organization for scientific literature reviews

In LitOrganizer v2.0, academic literature management is automated through an integrated, platform-independent workflow. A limitation observed in Version 1.0, in which PDF files lacking embedded DOI metadata could not be renamed, is addressed through an AI-augmented pipeline. Missing bibliographic metadata is inferred from document content by Google Gemini Flash 2.0, and more consistent file naming is thereby enabled. A Flask-based web architecture is adopted for platform independence. In addition, metadata-driven hierarchical directory organization and a contextual search module are introduced to support scalable collection management and systematic literature review.
