The impact of labour market quality and development on other governmental activities was also examined. The article explores Kazakhstan and other emerging nations’ experiences. This showed the most prevalent issues young professionals face in professional employment. The work describes the main trends that define successful employment after a higher school credential. The results can be utilised to build state programs to reduce youth unemployment.
