Keynote Address – Tenth Tri-Service Conference on Electromagnetic Compatibility – November 1964

It is certainly a pleasure to be here to speak on this occasion. It is difficult to keynote or say something meaningful at a meeting like this, where the audience knows as much—or more—about the history and background of this field than I do.
