Abstract

A 37-year-old woman with extensive scalp alopecia areata and long-standing generalized psoriasis was treated with baricitinib 4 mg once daily because of marked disease burden and impaired quality of life. Psoriasis cleared by week 12, while complete remission of both diseases was achieved by week 32 and maintained through February 2026 after 145 weeks of treatment. This case highlights durable long-term control of concomitant alopecia areata and psoriasis during baricitinib therapy.
