Abstract

OLED panel design relies heavily on geometric optical simulations to guide design choices and predict optical behavior. This study presents a transformative AI model that serves as a surrogate for conventional geometric optics simulations. The model delivers more than a 1000% improvement in evaluation speed while retaining > 99% prediction accuracy, enabling near‐instantaneous performance assessment. This advancement allows rapid exploration of extensive design spaces and substantially accelerates innovation in OLED technology.
