Abstract

Highlights • PSMA-PET/CT-guided sWPRT post-RP gave high 5-yr biochemical and metastasis-free survival (69.3% & 79.0%).• Biochemical progression occurred in 25%; in-field nodal recurrences were rare.• Treatment was associated with favourable toxicity.• Supports PSMA-PET/CT-guided sWPRT with ADT as an effective salvage strategy for nodal recurrence post-RP.
