Abstract

We fabricated flexible pressure sensors with Ti 3 C 2 T x MXene-conducting polymer (PEDOT:PSS) composite layers on micro-tip array structures. MXene is emerging as a promising material due to its outstanding electrical properties. However, sensors fabricated with MXene films often have limited mechanical and oxidative stability. In this study, we utilized MXene-conducting polymer composites and demonstrated that the electrical conductivity, sensitivity, and mechanical durability were improved compared to sensors with MXene-only conductive layers. These results demonstrate the potential of MXene-polymer composite sensors for high-performance flexible pressure sensing applications.
