Resumen

The purpose of the study is to analyze data from scientific publications and press reports to determine trends in the development of the Disaster Medicine Service (DMS) of the Russian Ministry of Health and, taking into account ongoing development reforms in the healthcare sector. Materials and research methods – regulatory documents regulating the functioning of the DMS of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation and medical care of the population in emergency situations, including the DMS of the Altai Territory; acts of scheduled inspections of the DMS of the Altai Territory in 2020-2023; materials of reviews of tactical-special and command-staff exercises, command-staff training sessions, etc. The research methods are analytical, statistical, historical, formal – legal (dogmatic) and modeling. Research results and analysis. A number of important issues have been identified that have an impact on the further development of the regional disaster medicine service, which are among the basic tools for ensuring the readiness of managers and staff of regional medical institutions to respond to emergency situations. The necessity of an integrated approach for the development of disaster medicine services at the regional level is substantiated.
