Abstract
With the increasing complexity and variability of electric power working environment, the safety and efficiency of operators are facing severe challenges. In this study, a wearable integrated tool package device for electric power work based on adaptive algorithm is proposed, aiming at improving work efficiency, comfort and safety. The device adopts a modular main frame made of lightweight and high-strength composite materials, integrates an adaptive support system and an intelligent module, and can dynamically adjust its structure and function according to the body posture of workers, the change of working environment and the use requirements of tools. The adaptive algorithm monitors the body posture and surrounding environmental conditions of workers in real time through integrated sensors, analyzes the data to identify the movements and environmental conditions, and accordingly adjusts the tightness, supporting structure and functional characteristics of the bag. The experimental test shows that the device performs well in wear resistance, impact resistance, wearing convenience, comfort and the actual operation effect of functional modules, which significantly improves the efficiency and safety of power operation. The device design of this study has the characteristics of adaptability, intelligence, humanization and modularization, which can meet the diverse needs of operators in the process of power operation and provide a new solution for the field of power operation.
