Resumen
The source term is important for computer simulations on the dispersion of radioactive materials in the environment. Several studies estimated the source term of cesium discharged to the atmosphere, the Total Effective Dose Equivalent (TEDE) resulting from release of Cs-137 at different stability class, in order to evaluate the radiological dose to the public resulting from the month-long discharge of radioactive materials into the atmosphere from the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Plant accident using Hotspot code.
