Abstract

Kissing molars (KMs) are two impacted molars sharing a follicle and facing opposite directions. Although described in the mandible, bilateral maxillary KMs have not been reported. We present a 14‐year‐old girl with bilateral maxillary KMs (#18 and #19, and #28 and #29) distal to impacted second molars. Serial imaging revealed simultaneous crown formation. All KMs were extracted under general anesthesia, and concentrated growth factor (CGF) was applied. Healing was uneventful, with spontaneous eruption of teeth #17 and #27 and stable occlusion. This case underscores the value of serial imaging and CGF‐assisted healing in KM management.
