On interpreting hatching data in sea turtles: a comment on Santidrián Tomillo et al.

Some summary measures of hatching success data for sea turtles based on the hatching rates for a sample of clutches are proposed, but such clutch-specific hatching rates are difficult to interpret without corresponding information about clutch sizes.
