Abstract
The intelligent heart sound auscultation technology integrates electronic technology, signal processing technology, and artificial intelligence technology, opening up a new path for the diagnosis of heart diseases. This paper comprehensively reviews the development history, underlying principles, applications, current challenges, and future directions. Evolving from conventional stethoscopes, the technology leverages advanced sensors and algorithms to acquire, process, and analyze heart sound signals, demonstrating immense potential in healthcare. However, it still faces obstacles in technical implementation, clinical validation, and regulatory compliance.
