Abstract
To the Editor I read with great interest the article by Clementy et al.1 Their proposed His–ventricular (HV) interval threshold of 65 or more milliseconds to guide prophylactic pacing presents an intriguing change in myotonic dystrophy type 1 (DM1) management.
