This study described an unusual case of altered mental status in an elderly patient who recently recovered from SARS-CoV-2 and underwent inpatient ECT for treatment-refractory depression, and found that age, existence of comorbidity, usage of mechanical ventilator, and longer hospital stay were associated with delirium in COVID-19 patients.
