Abstract

This article analyzes the teaching of French as a foreign language (FLE) to deaf students in Albania, highlighting the central role of digital technologies in an inclusive education approach. Using a theoretical framework based on inclusive, multimodal pedagogy and Universal Design for Learning, the study draws on a questionnaire administered to deaf students at the University of Tirana. The results reveal strong motivation for language learning, but also difficulties with the accessibility of learning materials, the pace of instruction, and the insufficient integration of sign language. The article thus underscores the need for adapted teaching practices and accessible digital resources to promote the inclusion and success of deaf learners.
