Abstract

FORGÁČ, M.: The Aesthetic Dimension of Philosophical Works (With an Emphasis on Describing the Classic and the Inverse Model of Functional Configuration in Philosophy) FILOZOFIA, 81, 2026, No 1, pp. 51 – 65 This paper describes the classical, contamination, and inverse models of functional configuration in philosophical works. Methodologically and terminologically, it draws on ideas from Czech structural aesthetics, which can systematically explain the aesthetic dimension of philosophical works without bringing them into the realm of art. Through the interpretation of texts by Martin Heidegger and Friedrich Nietzsche, the study demonstrates how philosophical works can functionally activate the aesthetic principle to promote philosophical goals.
