Abstract
This study focuses on the integration of thermal imaging technology and inter?active poster design, constructing an integrated "perception-interaction-visualizatio" system. Thermal imaging technology, with its contactless interaction and multi-dimensional data collection capabilities, overcomes the static bottleneck of traditional posters and can identify user behavior within 1-5 m through temperature fields. Using a FLIR A655sc thermal imager (640?512 resolution, 30 Hz frame rate, 24??18? field of view), user behavior within 1-5 m can be identified with a response time of ?0.5 second. The experiment constructed a thermal model based on the three laws of heat transfer, considering the coupled effects of heat conduction, convection, and radiation, and introduced transient equations and the probability distribution of dynamic heat sources in the human body. The simulation used a FLIR A655sc thermal imager and other equipment, setting three variables: person distance, interaction duration, and ambient temperature. The ANSYS analysis demonstrated that the model?s prediction error was ?8%, and the maximum temperature was controlled below 35?C. The results showed that for every 0.5 m increase in person distance, the maximum temperature decreased by 1.2-1.8?C. For a 6?C increase in ambient temperature, the steady-state temperature difference increased by 3.6?C. This validates the model?s effectiveness and provides a new paradigm for intelligent interactive design.
