Discussion on the Supervision Model of Highway Quality and Safety

With the rapid development of China's socio-economic construction and the continuous improvement of the local road network, highway construction plays a vital role in people travel and product transportation. During highway construction, to ensure the overall project quality and safe and orderly progress, quality and safety supervision is an effective means to enhance project quality and safe construction. Especially after the localization of supervision entities, conducting reasonable, standardized, and efficient supervision by local quality and safety supervision departments has become paramount to achieving high-quality "safe, durable, and high-quality engineering." This paper takes the "Naiman to Yingkou Highway Fuxingdi (Inner Mongolia-Liaoning Border) to Fuxin Section Project (referred to as the Funai Highway)" as an example to analyze the quality and safety supervision model, summarize the overall approach and work measures for quality and safety supervision, and ensure the effectiveness of highway project quality and safety supervision.
