Abstract

The paper proposes that the TRUTH predicate is a relation (two-place predicate) and not a property (one-place predicate).  It links a linguistic entity: a sentence that p’, and an extra-linguistic entity: a unit of reality/fact. Issues concerning the impact of truth values on classification of sentences are also addressed.
