Abstract

Grip strength is a well-established marker of overall health, functional status, and mortality risk, yet its role in routine ambulatory care remains unclear. This study evaluated the feasibility of integrating grip strength testing into annual physical examinations in an ambulatory care setting, with a focus on patient perceptions and self-reported changes in exercise habits.
