Abstract
This paper is concerned with the inertial projection neural network (IPNN) for solving inverse quasi-variational inequalities (IQVI) problems with a moving set. It is shown that the proposed IPNN method can guarantee the uniqueness of the solution to the considered IQVI problem under appropriate conditions. Moreover, this approach is not only asymptotically stable but also exponentially stable at the equilibrium solution. Numerical experiments demonstrate the effectiveness of the IPNN method given here.
