Abstract

The article considers a clinical case from medical practice related to amyloidosis of the skin, which arose against the background of atopic dermatitis in a 32-year-old female patient. The patient has a long history of atopic dermatitis with homeopathy. After receiving the medication and physiotherapy treatment during remission, the patient noticed a change in the texture of the skin. In the course of the study, a lifetime pathologoanatomical examination of the biopsy material and histochemical examination (hematoxylin-eosin, Van Gieson, toluidine blue, CHIC reaction, congo red) were used.
