Abstract

Psoriasis is a chronic, multisystem inflammatory disease with predominantly skin and joint involvement. Beyond the physical dimensions of disease, psoriasis has an extensive emotional and psychosocial effect on patients, affecting social functioning and interpersonal relationships. As a disease of systemic inflammation, psoriasis is associated with multiple comorbidities including cardiovascular disease and malignancy. The aim of this study is to determine the QSPR modeling of drugs used in patients with psoriasis. About ten drugs were analyzed by measuring the entropy of drug structures with degree-based topological indices. The results obtained demonstrates that there exists a strong correlation among drug degree-based entropy and their physical properties.
