Abstract

ABSTRACT We have studied the properties of a class of difference-cum-exponential estimators under the modified correlated measurement error (MCME) model. Empirical and simulation studies are carried out in R software to demonstrate the performance of the proposed class of estimators under the MCME model over the usual unbiased estimator, the difference estimators under the correlated measurement error model. Appropriate recommendations have been made based on empirical and simulation results.
