Abstract

We report the case of a 77‐year‐old patient with glioblastoma, IDH‐wildtype, presenting as adult primary leptomeningeal gliomatosis with granular cell morphology in the biopsy. The clinico‐radiological presentation initially suggested a non‐neoplastic granulomatous process. Comprehensive molecular studies and post‐mortem examination were subsequently performed.
