Works addressing social aspects of science and technology history (the role of institutes and societies, the interaction of science and politics, historical and political epistemology); 5. Works in the emerging field of computational history. The series is aimed at a wide audience of academic scientists and historians, but many of the volumes will also appeal to general readers interested in the evolution of scientific ideas, in the relation between science and technology, and in the role technology shaped our world.
