Abstract
This letter proposes a dual-pulse coherent 3D scanning imaging system that generates 3D power and frequency-shift images of different targets. These images accurately capture the reflection characteristics and micro-motion features of targets, offering comprehensive 3D spatial distribution information. The contour measurement error is within ±2 mm. The ranging accuracy is in the millimeter range. The micro-motion velocity measurement error is 0.42 rpm. In addition, the phase resolution of the system is $1.2567\times 10 ^{\mathbf {-7}}$ rad/pixel. These results demonstrate that the system possesses 3D information extraction capabilities, along with flexibility, adaptability, anti-interference performance, and high-precision imaging ability.
