Abstract
Triple arthrodesis is a reliable procedure for the correction of rigid severe hindfoot deformity. In select patients with compromised lateral soft tissues at risk for wound complications with a traditional combined medial and lateral approach, it may be advantageous to perform this procedure through a single medial incision. We present a description of our technique for performing a triple arthrodesis through a single medial approach and a review of our results in patients who have undergone this procedure.
