A-69-year-old female patient presented with a history of pain in kidneys, vomiting and hematuria, and a chemotherapy regimen against epithelial tumors (Granisetron, Carboplatin, and Gemcitabine) was recommended, but chemotherapy regimen was stopped because of poor general health condition.
