Abstract
肝纤维化在国际疾病分类(ICD-10)中可作为一种病名(K74.001),但主要是一种组织病理学概念.肝纤维化指肝组织内细胞外基质(ECM)成分过度增生与异常沉积,导致肝脏结构或(和)功能异常的病理变化,结构上表现为肝窦毛细血管化与肝小叶内以及汇管区纤维化;功能上可以表现为肝功能减退、门静脉高压等。
