The present study conducted in the department of Haematology and Transfusion Medicine, Government Medical College & Hospital, Chandigarh revealed few uncommon and rare, but interesting causes of pancytopenia like drug induced agranulocytosis, hemophagocytic syndrome and waldenstroms macroglobinemia.
