The issue is looking at understanding uncertainty, and it is with great pleasure that this year Professor Helen Worthington, professor of evidence-based care in the School of Dentistry at the University of Manchester here in the UK, is the recipient of the 2012 International Association for Dental Research (IADR) IADR Distinguished Scientist Award.
