The widening scope of mentalizing: a discussion

The editors of this special issue have commissioned us to bring together some of the conceptual and empirical research presented in six intriguing papers that illustrate the widening scope of mentalization. Our discussion will look at each paper in turn, but bring ideas and findings from the other papers into focus when relevant.
