Abstract
The efficacy of photosphatidylcholine from soya was evaluated in the treatment of acne vulgaris in 7 studies on 77 subjects. Results of clinica! trials : • Reduction of the number of comedones and efflorescences; • Decrease squalene concentration and • Increase linoleic acid concentration in skin surface lipids; • The efficacy of photosphatidylcholine is equal if used as liposome or in nonliposomal form.
