Primary acinic cell carcinoma of the nasal septum : a case report and review of the literature

The tumor was found to be arising from the right posterior nasal septum and showed the classic feature of acinic cell carcinoma on light microscopic examination, and it was treated by surgical excision and regular follow-up.
