주제어 연결망 분석을 활용한 국내 여성리더십 연구 동향

The purpose of this study is to examine the trends of female leadership research using keyword network analysis. To do this, 160 related researches were selected from the KCI list of Korean academic papers and 557 key words were extracted through refining of keyword. The main analysis method of this study is frequency analysis, co-keyword frequency analysis, degree centrality, closeness centrality, betweenness centrality, ego-centric network using keyword for analyzing the main concepts of research. Based on the analysis of keyword network analysis index, this study diagnoses the past and presence of female leadership research, and suggests future research direction. In contrast to increasing the interest in female leadership research, research trends on domestic female leadership have not been analyzed yet. Therefore the result of this study is a meaningful study because it provides a conceptual reference point that can grasp the current status of female leadership research and suggests implications for future research on female leadership.
