주민주도형 농촌 마을 만들기에서 여성의 노동에 대한 연구 -전라남도 마을 만들기 사례를 중심으로

This article focuses on the women's work in community-lead rural village development project. Through the case study, the paper analysis resident's experience in the care system and the farm industry management. The essay has showed that women has crucial role not only in social reproduction but also in organic farming. But women's work has been devalued and non-paymented. Community leaders argues the care and service but this opinion represses exploitation of women's labor. After participated in government-support rural development program, orderers and agents are divided by power relation of village. Women's labor has been increased. In alternative, this essay proposes 'social worker' by borrowing Antonio Negri's thinking. On the other side, women's traditional knowledge mixed with pastorialism produces affection of the rural village. In this aspect, women's knowledge contributes producing and marketing of goods(doenjang etc.). In conclusion, promoting women's wisdom will be important in rural development project.
