학교폭력 예방과 갈등해결 방안 : 인성 교육적 접근

A intrinsic attribute of school education is to cultivate human nature or human character. But as a natural consequence it follows that school education pay no attention to human education, school violence is spreading and become aggravated. School violence is a complicated issues that combines various elements, such as personal characteristics, homes, schools and the local community. Since it is so, plans for the prevention of school violence and conflict solution must be many-sidedness. The purpose of this study was to examine the actual conditions of school violence and to present plans for prevention of school violence and conflict solution. For this purpose, this study theoretically examined school violence, analyzed the causes and materiality of school violence and suggest measures of value in character education. Name-ly, they are care, forgiveness, anger-control, empathy. After this, I prepared program of character education for prevention of school violence and conflict solution.
