tlooto Summary

Comparison of cell-surface expression of FLT3 on bone marrow (BM) and cord blood (CB) cells using monoclonal antibodies (MoAbs) specific for the extracellular domain of humanFLT3 shows that colony-forming unit-granulocyte-macrophage and immature myelo-monocytic precursor cells are enriched in the subpopulation staining most brightly with the FLT 3 MoAb.
