Immunotherapy and hypophysitis: clinical presentation, treatment, and biologic insights

This review summarizes published data and experience on the incidence, presentation and management, and proposed mechanisms for immunotherapy-related hypophysitis, with a focus on patients treated with ipilimumab (Ipi).
